Dr. Gail Transeau, Executive Director — Dr. Transeau is a clinical psychotherapist in private practice in Rockville, Maryland (1986-present). Her practice includes individual, group and family systems/cognitive-behavioral psychotherapy for adults, and families. Major areas of expertise include PTSD, addiction, mood disorders, family systems, and phobias using Positive Mental Imagery, Systematic Desensitization and exposure therapy. Sarah Transeau, President and Founder — Founder, President of Tranquility Farm Equestrian Education and Renewal Center, Inc., Thurmont, MD, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that rescues horses and uses the healing potential in the equine human bond to promote health in children and adults with illness, injury or trauma.
